Why is fitness important?

As I mentioned. I have been really busy since months , I couldn’t follow my diet or exercise regime in a consistent manner which I like but still my body respected it and it still is the same with no side effects of sleepless nights, workload and personal obligations.

For overall well being of yourself - physically , mentally , spiritually.

It’s been too hectic of a few months, with all things happening at a fast pace and all at once.

My girlfriend lied and said she never gave oral until me. She was very skilled. I’m upset with her lying. Do I dump her?

I know , I know.

A recent picture of mine but still my overall health is still the same. Got back to the grind this week!

I’m back after a long hiatus.

Why do my friends always say "yeah, we've heard this before" when I talk about something I'm passionate about?

But coming back to the question. I have always advocated to being active in any sphere - be it swimming , sports , yoga , gym or walk.

It keeps you so energised , keeps disease free, happy from within and so much more. The benefits outweigh the one hour sweat you give.

That’s what fitness does to you!
